Black Friday deals are rolling in and we’re seeing some excellent graphics cards going for less. This Zotac RTX 5070 Ti 16GB may only have a modest discount of $45, but is reduced from $794.99 to $749.99, which is pretty much MSRP for the RTX 5070 Ti. We think that’s a pretty good deal considering this card is SFF, overclocked (albeit slightly), boasts an impressive cooling system, and looks super sleek, too.

This is the best graphics cards for anyone looking to game in 1440p at max settings, 4K with a few tweaks, and handle moderatively to demanding creative workflows. It’s also a solid upgrade from previous generations, that gives you access to all Nvidia’s new Blackwell Architecture has to offer, which is going to be especially good if you’re looking for something with exceptional AI-capabilities.

ZOTAC SOLID SFF OC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB

256-Bit GDDR7 DLSS 4.0 PIC-Express 5.0 Graphics Card ZT-B50710J3-10P

Key features of this Zotac SOLID SFF OC graphics card

Built on Nvidia Blackwell architecture

As with all the 50-series graphics cards, this is built on Nvidia’s new archicture, which boasts imporvements across the board when it comes to prerformance, and efficiency. You’ve got 4th-gen Ray Tracig cores, for enhanced ray traicng performance, 5th-gen Tensor cores, for significantly increased handling of AI related tasks and machine learning, and improved CUDA cores. On top of that, there’s 16GB of new and improved GDDR7 VRAM, which is much faster than GDDR6. There are also new features like MFG which is used with DLSS4, which can insert up to three AI-generated frames between two real frames, allowing for much high percieved framerates and an overall smoother feel when gaming.

Advanced cooling and factory overclocked

This card is factory overclocked to 2482MHz, which is slightly higher than the 2450 MHz. While this only a modest increase, its cooling is designed for maximum performance, especially under heavy and sustained loads. It features Zotac’s IceStorm 3.0 cooling system, which includes three 90mm BladeLinks fans. The middle fan spins in the opposite direction to the others, which decreases turbulence and noise, and improves overall airflow. There’s a large Vapor Chamber and composite heat pipes that help whisk away heat from the GPU, alongside a re-inforced metal backplate to help prevent sag and assist further with heat dissapation. This card also features Freeeze Fan Stop technology, which stops the fans entirely when the GPU is not under heavy load, for silent operation when you’re using it for everyday or light tasks.

Design

This card is SFF, making it ideal for more compact builds, and it features a great-looking black with gold detailing design, that we think makes it standout from the crowd in the best way possible. A level up from your more minimal graphics cards, but without all the flashy aRGB lighting, this is versatile option that would work well in a wide variety of different PC builds.

Considerations and alternatives

There’s not a whole lot to consider here, asides from its slightly lacklustre factory overclocked settings. There are other options available which may have higher overclocked speeds out of the box, such as the Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti Aorus Master, which comes in at 2670 MHz, that you may want to consider. If RGB is your thing, we’d say MSI has some of the best-looking lighting systems we’ve come across, often featuring ‘Mystic Lighting’, which has a wide range of different effects and is completey customizable via the MSI Center. We’re spotting a fair few of these on sale right now, so be sure to have a scout around if you’re still shortlisting.
