RTX 5050 pre order & where to buy in US, UK, Canada
Table of Contents
The lowest entry point into Nvidia’s 50 series, the RTX 5050, is all set to come out in July. Nvidia’s official announcement paints the RTX 5050 as a significant upgrade over the 3050. Considering it will be able to access DLSS 4 and the latest features, it does have something going for it, even if the specs might be a bit of a letdown.
An early Amazon listing suggested we might get the card as soon as July 1st, but it seems Nvidia’s official mid-late July release window will be honored. MSI’s Shadow 2X was one of the first models to show up for pre-order, though this was soon changed (assumedly it was listed incorrectly). Regardless, if you’re interested in budget graphics cards, we’ve compiled a list of retailers and RTX 5050 models available for sale online right now.

Will there be RTX 5050 pre orders?
Usually, we don’t see many GPUs going up for pre-order, but the RTX 5050 appears to be an exception already. On Amazon US, the MSI Shadow OC is available for pre-order. With a release date of July 1st, you can buy it on release, but no other retailer we found appears to be following suit.
Even with numerous listings at UK retailers, they are waiting for the release date before they become available to buy. So you want to keep looking on Amazon US’s site, as it seems that is the place to go for pre-orders for the RTX 5050.
Will the RTX 5050 be in stock?
It is rather likely that the RTX 5050 will be in stock when it releases. It’s not the most powerful of cards and is unlikely to be in high demand. We’ve seen that the recently released RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti are still in stock, which is plentiful at the retailers we’ve listed.
Considering there are already listings for numerous models of the card, we can expect a large number of them to be available on the release date. It’s unlikely they can be bought up en masse or sold off for more than the MSRP.
