ASUS ROG’s strangest collaboration yet sees them team up with KFC for branded burger meal deal
Table of Contents
Another collaboration between gaming products and the more mainstream world has popped up, once again, it seems to be limited to Asia. Following MSI x Toy Story in Taiwan, we now have the KFC x ROG collaboration, this time in China. Bringing about gaming-branded burgers, it also offers up some new keycaps for your keyboard.
Though these caps are aimed at ASUS’s own range of NX keyboards, they should work with any star-shaped stem. A Redditor has shown off one of the available products from this ROG x KFC collaboration. With a burger being branded with the ROG logo on the top bun, you can also get the keycaps that combine both ROG and KFC branding with the iconic red and black color scheme of the two brands.
PCHome provides us with a look at the promotional material, which covers two main deals, assuming the Google Translate translation is accurate. As the two burgers of classic cheese smoked Wagyu and new durian cheese Wagyu are available with snacks, dessert, and drinks, along with available keycaps.

Availability and price
According to the site, the two are available for 39.90 Yuan, which is around 5.56 USD. With the keycap set deal being 42.90 Yuan instead, ~5.98USD. According to PCHome, these are limited to just 1.9 million pieces and are a neat collector’s item if you are interested in it, and of course, live in China to take advantage of it.
It’s not the first time KFC has delved into the PC market either. It collaborated with Cooler Master for the KFConsole (although we’re not sure that ever came out). The fast food restaurant also has its own game – I love you, Colonel Sanders. The dating simulator based on KFC’s brand mascot is a well-reviewed game, so this ROG collab is maybe not as strange as it first seems.
