Battlefield 6 Season 3 is shaping up to be one of the game’s biggest updates yet. The new season will introduce fresh weapons, new multiplayer content, cosmetic items, gameplay improvements, and even brand-new maps for players to jump into. And if you’ve been waiting for more content after Season 2, the wait is almost over, as Season 3 is set to roll out today.

When will Battlefield 6 Season 3 go live today?

According to EA, Battlefield 6 Season 3 will be released today, on May 12, at 4 AM PT across all platforms. Due to time zone differences, this will vary for everyone. To help you out, we’ve compiled launch times for different regions below; a few regions cross over into May 13.

  • Los Angeles – 8 AM PDT
  • New York – 11 AM EDT
  • London – 4 PM BST
  • Berlin – 5 PM CEST
  • Dubai – 7 PM GST
  • Mumbai – 8:30 PM IST

What does Battlefield 6 Season 3 offer?

The big Battlefield 6 update will not arrive all at once. Instead, the developers are splitting Season 3 into three separate stages, with each phase adding new content over the course of several weeks.

The first phase, called Warlords: Supremacy, launches today, on May 12. It will introduce the Railway to Golmud map alongside three new weapons: the M16A4 Assault Rifle, the RPK 74M LMG, and the L115 Sniper Rifle. Players who enjoy battle royale content will also get access to Ranked Battle Royale in Redsec mode. On top of that, new attachments like the Speed Holster, Aftermarket Buffer, and Burst Mode will become available.

The second stage, Blastpoint, arrives on June 9. This update adds the Cairo Bazaar map, the PP-19 SMG, and a new Recon gadget called the Handheld Jammer. You’ll also get to enjoy a new Obliteration mode, while a limited-time event called Explosive Charge will run during the update.

The final phase, High-Value Target, is scheduled for June 30. This update focuses more on events and alternate gameplay modes. Tactical Obliteration will be added for multiplayer, while Redsec gets a Casual Battle Royale playlist. The update will also introduce the Wetwork limited-time event, a new melee weapon called the EOD Bot Arm, and more attachments, including Compensator and Subsonic Ammo.
