Gift games to your friends on Epic
Another great piece of news is that the Epic Games Store has finally added a much-requested feature: the ability to gift games to friends. This feature has been available on Steam for close to two decades; Epic users have been asking for it for years. The best part is that you’ll also earn points from the gifts you send, and once you collect enough, you can use them to send even more gifts.
Just keep in mind that when you send a gift, the recipient has 14 days to claim it. If they don’t, the game will be refunded. Also, if they already own the game you’re gifting, they won’t be able to accept it, and it will automatically be refunded.
