Everyone looks forward to Steam sale events to grab their favorite games at discounted prices. Whether it's one of the seasonal sales or any of the mini-fests in between, these events are perfect for building up your library without spending too much. But unfortunately, the next major Steam sale is still a few months away. However, what if we told you that you can grab not one, but four games for free right now on Steam? Sounds too good to be true, right?

Four games you can get for free right now on Steam

Every month, new games are added to Steam, and while most of them come with a price tag, a few of them are completely free. These free titles may not always get a lot of attention, but they're a great way to try out something new without spending a penny. Over the past two weeks alone, four brand-new games have launched on Steam, and all of them are available for free.

One Map

One Map is a nonstop third-person shooter where everyone in the world joins one massive, never-ending battle. There are no lobbies or wait times, just jump in and fight. The map resizes based on how many players are online, keeping the action balanced and intense. You can play solo or with friends, and climb the real-time leaderboard by surviving as long as you can. With fast respawns, global competition, and simple controls, One Map delivers pure action. Plus, One Map also aims to break the world record for most players online in a single game.

Echoes of Elysium

Echoes of Elysium: Airship Builder is a free standalone game that lets you design your dream airship before the full survival RPG launches. You can fully customize everything, from the hull and sails to the interiors and weapons. By using resources, you can create anything from fast scout ships to massive flying fortresses. These designs aren't just for fun either, as when the full game launches, your airships will carry over as blueprints, giving you a head start.

Goosthetic

Goosthetic is a fast-paced action-platformer FPS where movement is everything. Equipped with sticky boots, a smart-pistol, and a grappling prosthetic, you'll swing, slide, jump, and boost your way through a twisted, abandoned lab. You play as a rejected test subject trying to escape while dodging deadly slime creatures and security bots. The game is built by students at DigiPen Institute of Technology, and it promises to provide a thrilling experience.

Crown of Chaos

Crown of Chaos puts you in a dark and creepy old city where monsters are hiding everywhere. You only have two katanas and your instincts to help you survive. Enemies come at you nonstop, and each fight tests how fast and smart you are. As you keep fighting, the monsters get stronger, and the challenge gets harder. The game has smooth sword combat and fast-paced action. There are no guns or magical abilities, as it’s just you and your swords.
