The Epic Games Store offers its users free titles every week, which has helped many gamers build a large collection of games. This is why users eagerly wait to see what the next week will bring. However, it seems like you might not have to wait after all, as a popular leaker has reportedly revealed the names of the next free titles – and yes, it’s not just a single game.
Wild Card Football and Fallout Classic Collection will be free on the Epic Games Store, according to rumor
Right now, you can grab a World of Warships: Starter Pack and Death’s Gambit: Afterlife from the Epic Games Store for free. From tomorrow till August 29th, Gignatic: Rampage Edition and The Callisto Protocol will be free. After that, according to billbil-Kun, a well-known leaker, Wild Card Football will become available for free from August 29th till September 5th.
After the initial post, billbil-kun offered another update, revealing that the Fallout Classic Collection will also be “free to grab during the same period”. This collection will feature three different titles: Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
Here’s an updated list of the free-to-keep games list on Epic Games this month.
- World of Warships: Starter Park – Albany – August 15 – August 22
- Death’s Gambit: Afterlife – August 15 – August 22
- Gigantic: Rampage Edition – August 22 – August 29
- The Callisto Protocol – August 22 – August 29
- Wild Card Football – August 29 – September 5
- Fallout Classic Collection – August 29 – September 5
You may notice that these free games tend to come in pairs, so we’ll have to wait and see if Wild Card Football is joined by another title.
What is Wild Card Football about?
Wild Card Football is a fun and fast-paced arcade-style football game that adds a unique twist to the sport. Instead of the traditional 11-player teams, the game features smaller, 7-player teams. However, what makes it different from other football games is Wild Cards. These are special power-ups and abilities that players can use to gain an advantage over the other team. These can include summoning walls, becoming invisible, stat boosts, and much more.
There are different editions available for the game, with the base version coming with a price tag of $29.99. Currently, it’s unclear whether any special edition will be free or if it will be the standard base version. In any case, if you were planning to try the game, you should wait another week as you’ll get it for free if the leak turns out to be true.
