If you were planning to build your own gaming PC but were waiting for a good deal to pop up, we have some good news. Micro Center is currently offering an exclusive 3-in-1 bundle that offers three key components: a CPU, a motherboard, and RAM. A step down from its high-end 9800X3D bundles, the 7600X3D is still an excellent option for gaming, with top-tier value for money.

What does the bundle offer?

The bundle comes packed with the Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU, the ASUS B650-E TUF Gaming WiFi AM5 motherboard, and 32GB of RAM. In the United States, the 7600X3D is exclusive to Micro Center – AMD maintains a similar deal with Mindfactory in Europe.

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X3D

To begin with, Micro Center is offering the Ryzen 5 7600X3D processor in the bundle. It is a great option for those who want to upgrade to an X3D processor but don't want to overspend on options like the 9800X3D or 7800X3D.

For those wondering, it comes with 6 cores and 12 threads, paired with a base clock speed of 4.1 GHz. However, when needed, it can be boosted up to 4.7 GHz. These specs make it a great choice for demanding tasks, especially gaming. Furthermore, it has a low TDP of only 65W, meaning you won't need a big power supply for it. However, we still recommend pairing it with one of the best CPU coolers to keep the temps within the safe limits.

Motherboard: ASUS B650-E TUF Gaming WiFi AM5

For the motherboard, you'll get the ASUS B650-E TUF Gaming WiFi. Just by looking at the motherboard, you can tell that this board has been designed with gamers in mind. This is an all-black board, with a touch of yellow at different spots to complement the TUF theme.

When it comes to specifications, the motherboard will ensure your components are safe from issues like sudden power spikes thanks to its 8+2 VRM structure. On top of that, it has four DDR5 RAM slots, which can support up to 192GB of memory. For SSDs, you'll find three M.2 slots on the board, and four additional SATA 6GB/s ports for HDDs. There are also plenty of ports for connectivity, with eight on the back and seven on the front, including a 2.5G Ethernet port.

RAM

Finally, for the RAM, there's a G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB kit in the bundle. The kit includes two 16GB sticks, each capable of reaching a max speed of 6,000 MHz, making it a great choice for both gaming and content creation. You don't need more than 16GB for most games these days, so you'll be more than fine with 32GB of memory.

How much will you save?

If you buy these components individually, you'd have to spend around $570 on them. However, if you opt for the Micro Center bundle, you can get all of them for only $449.99. In other words, you'll save $120, which you can invest in other components for the rig, such as one of the best power supplies for gaming.
