Key features and specs of this TV
Picture quality
This is a mini-LED TV which, as the name suggests, features loads of smaller LEDs which result in much better brightness, more precision and control, and more vibrant color. With this TV, you’ve got a 600 nit peak brightness, which is pretty good for something at this price range. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG, and based on its peak brightness, it should mean that this TV can showcase HDR content quite well, too.
Motion handling
So this TV has a refresh rate of 60Hz, so it’s decent, but pretty standard. However, some features can help make on-screen motion look better. You’ve got AI Smooth Motion with MEMC, which essentially removes motion blur and keeps everything crisp, even when fast-moving, which is going to be ideal for watching sports, racing, or anything else you wish.
Gaming features
While it wouldn’t be our first pick for a high-end console or PC, as it doesn’t have a 120Hz+ refresh rate, it does have some gaming features that will be welcome for some. One is ALLM, which decreases latency, allowing for a more responsive feeling when gaming. The other is Game Mode Plus, which has VRR, and means that you shouldn’t experience much in the way of screen tearing or stuttering when playing on console or PC.

Considerations before buying
If you’re going for something that’s great bang for your buck and large enough to be immersive in some respects, then this is a great TV to go for that won’t break the bank. The only thing we’d say is that its 60Hz refresh rate won’t be great if you’re planning on using this for high fps gaming. Hisense does a load of TVs with 144Hz refresh rates, and they’re surprisingly affordable and often on sale.
