There’s an excellent Prime Member exclusive offer going on for this MSI RTX 5070 Ventus 2X OC white graphics card, which drops its price from $679.99 to $569.99. This is also its lowest price on Amazon, too.

The MSRP of your standard RTX 5070 graphics card is $549, which makes this deal pretty decent considering this is an OC, all-white option from one of the best names in the business. For $20 more than MSRP, we think it’s a good option for those who want something visually appealing, which is also primed to be pushed harder than your standard RTX 5070 graphics cards.

MSI Gaming RTX 5070 12G Ventus 2X OC White Graphics Card

Key features for this MSI RTX 5070 12G Ventus 2X OC White Graphics Card

Nvidia Blackwell Architecture and 12GB of VRAM

There are a few key reasons you may want to opt for a card like this, which is built on Nvidia’s new Blackwell architecture. This card features 4th-gen ray tracing cores for enhanced performance, alongside 5th-gen Tensor Cores for significantly improved AI and machine learning capabilities. Not only this, but the VRAM is newer and is designed to be faster than your typical GDDR6 offerings, often found in 40-series graphics cards and many of AMD’s options. One excellent new feature is multi-frame generation, which can be used to insert up to three frames between two when gaming. This massively increases perceived framerates and creates a much smoother overall gaming experience, too.

Advanced cooling

This card uses TORX 5.0 Fans, which are designed for increased airflow compared to your standard axial offerings. These fans can also switch off when they’re not needed, thanks to MSI’s Zero Frozr technology. This helps preserve power, but also allows for silent operation for lighter usage. On top of this, you’ve got your usual array of pipes, which are square in design and made for maximum contact and heat capture. There’s also a large nickel-plated copper baseplate, and its metal backplate allows for air to pass through easily, but also gives the card some extra rigidity.

Overclocked performance

This graphics card is factory overclocked to 2557 MHz out of the box, which is a touch above your standard 2512 MHz. That being said, the card’s cooling design makes it good for further overclocking, which can be done via MSI’s impressive Afterburner software.

Things to consider

The RTX 5070 is a great mid-range card for 1440p, but if you’re looking for more VRAM and don’t mind taking a hit with gaming performance, you may want to explore some of the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB options instead. These may be preferable if you’re going to be using your PC for both gaming and more demanding creative workloads, like 3D rendering, for example. On the other end of the scale, an RTX 5070 Ti 16GB will give you a performance boost across the board, for around $200 more. We’re seeing a fair few on sale right now, so be sure to check out our top picks below to see what’s out there.
