In the past few years, it feels like graphics cards have only been getting bigger. Of course, that’s generally true for the higher-end models, though Nvidia was kind enough to slim down the RTX 5090, which was released earlier this year. At the other end of the spectrum, the RTX 5060 is Team Green’s entry point to the series at this moment in time. The cheapest model with DLSS 4.

For desktop users, having enough space in your PC is an important consideration before buying a GPU. If you have a particularly small form factor build, you can easily run into trouble finding a new card. Luckily, for ultra-compact builds, MSI has just unveiled a new RTX 5060 with only one fan, measuring just 145mm in length.

RTX 5060 Inspire ITX is perfect for small form factor builds

If you’re lacking space in your custom build, we recommend checking out the GeForce RTX 5060 8G INSPIRE ITX. It looks to be a cut-down version of the dual-fan Inspire, and a comparison of the specifications confirms that the single-fan model has a couple of compromises. Namely, slightly reduced clock speeds; the dual-fan offers up to 2,550 MHz in MSI Center’s ‘extreme performance’ mode, or 2,535 factory OC.

Here are the key specifications of the single-fan ITX model:

SpecificationGeForce RTX 5060 8G INSPIRE ITX

No price or availability has been listed yet for the 5060 ITX. In comparison, the dual-fan Inspire model is currently listed at $349.99 on the MSI store, which is $50 above the MSRP set by Nvidia.
