Nvidia is giving away a Cyberpunk 2077-themed RTX GPU to celebrate five years of Night City, signed by its CEO

Nvidia loves hosting giveaways, and over the years, they’ve given out some amazing prizes – everything from limited-edition GPUs to even the flagship RTX 5090, several times. Their latest giveaway is yet another exciting one, especially if you’re a Cyberpunk 2077 fan or a hardware collector. The hardware itself isn’t as good, but it’s a unique piece of kit.
If you visit the Nvidia GeForce UK X account, you’ll see the announcement for a new giveaway celebrating the 5th anniversary of Cyberpunk 2077. The prize is a custom Cyberpunk 2077 Edition GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, one of the rarest GPUs Nvidia has ever produced.

This isn’t a modded card or something with a simple sticker slapped on, as the Cyberpunk Edition RTX 2080 Ti features a special AL5052 aluminum shroud designed specifically for this model. It boasts the game’s signature yellow and black color scheme, sharp sci-fi accents, and a matching backplate. The design is based on the Founders Edition RTX 2080 Ti, but rebuilt to look like it came straight out of Night City. To make things even more special, the giveaway unit is signed by Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang.
Most players today know Nvidia for its RTX 40-series and the new RTX 50-series GPUs, so it’s easy to forget that the RTX 2080 Ti was the top-of-the-line flagship back in 2020. Stock shortages and inflated prices at the time caused many to skip the 20 series. When the Cyberpunk Edition launched that same year, Nvidia only produced 200 units worldwide. They were never sold in stores and were instead given away through contests and promotions. In other words, they are extremely rare.
Participating in the giveaway is also pretty easy, as all you have to do is head over to the giveaway post on X and comment “GeForce Season” to enter. We also recommend liking the post and following the account to increase your chances of winning. We don’t know exactly when the winners will be announced, but make sure to keep an eye on your DMs, as Nvidia will most likely drop a message if they select you as a winner.
