Black Friday deals are flying in left, right, and center, and we’ve just spotted one that nearly gave us the slip! This overclocked Zotac RTX 5060 Ti is going for 25% off its list price, and is now down from $439.99 to $329.99 on Amazon. It’s also at its lowest price ever, too, making it a great time to buy.

We’d say this graphics card is a great choice for anyone looking for punchy 1080p gaming performance that delivers excellent cooling while remaining SFF. This card’s 8GB of VRAM suits games that you typically wouldn’t play at ultra settings, higher resolutions, or with ray tracing, making this a good card if you’re primarily playing competitively at higher frame rates. It’s also not a bad option for lighter creative work, like photo and video editing in 1080p, too.

Key features of this Zotac Twin Edge OC RTX 5060 Ti 8GB graphics card

Latest Nvidia Architecture

RTX 50-series graphics cards are built on Nvidia’s latest Blackwell architecture, which gives them a significant edge in both performance and efficiency compared to last-gen GPUs. In short, you’re getting much more advanced ray tracing, CUDA, and tensor cores, which enable these graphics cards to achieve better gaming performance, alongside being far more adept with AI workloads and machine learning, and demanding creative workloads. This Zotac graphics card also features new GDDR7 VRAM, which is much faster than GDDR6, making gaming much smoother, but also reducing lag in commonly used creative applications, too. On top of that, you’ve also got DLSS 4 and, uniquely, MFG, which can generate up to three frames per rendered frame. This allows for higher perceived frame rates, smoother motion, and an overall enhanced gaming experience.

Advanced cooling and SFF-ready

This Zotac RTX 5060 Ti has IceStorm 2.0 Cooling, which includes specialized BladeLink fans, a pass-thru airflow design, a large heatsink, and composite heat pipes to whisk away excess heat under heavy or sustained loads. There are also smart cooling features, such as Freeze Fan Stop technology, which, as the name suggests, can stop the fans entirely when temperatures are below 60°C. This is great for reducing operational noise levels when you’re not using the card for GPU-intensive tasks. It’s also SFF-ready and ideal for more compact builds, where you don’t want to sacrifice cooling performance.

OC performance

This card is factory overclocked to 2602MHz, which is slightly higher than the standard 2572MHz you’d get with most non-OC versions. You can use both the Nvidia App and Zotac’s FireStorm software to overclock this card, both of which allow you to monitor the GPU in real-time for more detailed adjustments.

Gaming performance

The RTX 5060 Ti is a quality, relatively low-cost card for 1080p, and can typically hit over 100fps easily at max settings, and perform relatively well at 1440p with a few tweaks and use of DLSS and MFG. Some benchmarks that we’ve come across have it hitting 120fps at 1080p with Cyberpunk 2077, and a respectable 70fps with ray tracing enabled; however, its smaller 8GB of VRAM may bottleneck performance with more demanding resolutions.

Alternatives to consider

The most obvious alternative to this card would be the RTX 5060 Ti, which has an MSRP of $429 but packs 16GB of VRAM. This would be good for better 1080p performance and would allow you to handle more complex and demanding creative tasks, allowing you to edit higher resolution assets, whether that be 4K video or 3D objects. We are seeing several of these cards in the sales right now, so check out our top GPU deals below if you’re interested in seeing what’s out there.
