If you’re on the hunt for a prebuilt PC that’s great for 1080p and 1440p gaming, and packs a powerful processor for handling heavy multitasking, demanding productivity, and creative tasks, then this is the deal for you. Right now, this Stormcraft gaming PC is down $300 at Newegg, and reduced from $1,999.99 to $1,699.99. That’s an excellent price as this build features the impressive RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, one of the best 14th-gen CPUs, the i7-14700F, 32GB of DDR5, and a large 2TB SSD. Not only that, but it’s seriously stylish, too, with aRGB throughout and a smaller, compact form factor.

STORMCRAFT Gaming PC SIRIUS – Intel Core i7-14700F

Key features of this Stormcraft SIRIUS gaming PC

Intel Core i7-14700F processor

This is one of the best processors you can get from Intel’s 14th-gen if you’re looking for excellent gaming performance and something that can handle demanding creative tasks, like video editing, with ease, all for a reasonable price. This processor packs 20 cores and 28 threads, which is a much higher core and thread count compared to the likes of the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, for example. It has a big boost clock speed of 5.4GHz, and a large 33MB L3 cache, making it a good call for high fps gaming, too. Read our full review for more details.

RTX 5060 Ti 16GB graphics card

While the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB is more affordable, the 16GB would be the best graphics card for you if you’re looking for solid 1080p and 1440p performance, and enough VRAM to handle more complex creative tasks, like 3D rendering. It’s an excellent all-rounder for the price, and is built on Nvidia’s new Blackwell architecture, giving you a whole host of benefits. There are 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, new GDDR7 memory, and advanced upscaling capabilities thanks to Nvidia’s new multi-frame generation technology. In terms of gaming performance, it was able to hit 123fps at 1080p and 52fps at 1440p with ray tracing with Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings. Impressive, given this is one of the most demanding games to run, so you can expect much higher fps on average with other titles. For more benchmarks, be sure to check out our in-depth review.

Storage and RAM

This build goes for 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD, which is ideal for gaming, productivity, and content creation. This amount of RAM is going to give you some headroom for beefier system requirements, help with multitasking, and should handle RAM-intensive creative applications well, too. The SSD is more than enough for large gaming libraries, and with a bit of storage management, you shouldn’t really need to upgrade anytime soon. A big win, considering the price of SSDs right now!

Things to consider

This PC is a very good option to go for, in all honesty, so the only real consideration is whether you want to save a bit more cash by opting for a similar RX 9060 XT prebuild instead. These also have 16GB of VRAM, albeit older GDDR6, but they’re comparable in terms of performance. You can also get an RTX 5070 model for under $1,500 in the sales, like some of MSI’s budget-oriented options. Don’t expect a super high core and thread count CPU, however.
