Why buy the Netgear WiFi 7 router

The Netgear Nighthawk router is an excellent option when it comes to getting speed and coverage from your WiFi network. Even with a fast 10 Gbps WAN and one LAN and three other gigabit connections, the rest of your network has an excellent and fast connection between them.

We also reviewed the similar Netgear Nighthawk RS700S, which gave us insight into the ecosystem. It’s great for setting up and has great control, but it does lock out some of the nice-to-haves behind a subscription. Still, by default, it has a great range and reliability, and if you can take advantage of WiFi 7, which is currently less used and with more channels, you can get an uncongested network.

Plus, according to CamelCamelCamel and its price tracking (graph below), you can see that it’s at the lowest price yet, even if it’s not updated to the new Prime Day price. Having been around for a few months, it only fell to $399, so this extra drop to $337 is the perfect time to snatch up the fast router.
