RTX 5070 leads Amazon U.S. sales chart as Nvidia claims 70% of GPU market share

The latest Amazon GPU sales chart is out, and as expected, Nvidia is leading once again. The data, shared by TechEpiphany on X, focuses on the number of GPUs sold on Amazon U.S. during June 2025. It also shows the market share and the revenue made by the top GPU manufacturers.
According to the chart, the RTX 5070, a mid-range card from the new RTX 50-series, was the best-selling GPU on Amazon U.S. with 5,450 units sold last month. Right behind it is the RTX 5060 Ti, a budget card, with 4,950 units sold. The 5070 Ti came in third with 4,400 units sold. While AMD didn't reach the top 3, their RX 9070 XT took the fourth spot with 3,800 units sold.

Intriguingly, the RTX 3060 is right behind the RX 9070 XT, with 3,750 units sold. The budget card was released around four years ago but remains relevant as newer generations fail to deliver significant native performance uplift. It also features 12GB of VRAM and was the best-selling GPU on Amazon back in January this year. Only one high-end GPU made it to the top 10, the RTX 5080, which is in seventh place with 2,450 units sold. Here are the top 10 best-selling GPUs on Amazon in June 2025:
GPU | Units sold |
---|---|
RTX 5070 | 5,450 |
RTX 5060 Ti | 4,950 |
RTX 5070 Ti | 4,400 |
RX 9070 XT | 3,800 |
RTX 3060 | 3,750 |
RTX 5060 | 2,950 |
RTX 5080 | 2,450 |
RTX 3050 | 2,400 |
RX 7600 XT | 2,100 |

As seen in the table above, only two AMD GPUs made it into the top 10 (9070 XT and 7600 XT), and Intel didn't come close. Their best-selling card was the Arc B580, with 400 units sold, followed by the Arc A380 with 350 units sold. As for the RTX 5090, which is the flagship model in the RTX 50-series, it took the 12th spot, with 1,150 units sold.
In total, Nvidia sold 31,200 GPUs, making $18,720,000 in revenue. AMD, on the other hand, sold 12,200 units and made $4,880,000. Intel came in third with just 850 units sold, which brought in $212,500.
While Nvidia is on top at Amazon U.S., AMD is doing much better in sales chart from German retailer MindFactory. More stats from Germany also show AMD doing tremendously well in motherboard and CPU sales.
