Looking to shake up and customize your handheld gaming experience? You have plenty of customization options available to you, as the Windows handheld is a fairly flexible solution. Even though the recent SteamOS version performs better, it’s a rather more restrictive solution.

One of the options is to turn the screen vertical, giving you some flexibility and options for the sort of things you want to do on it. We covered a vertical stand previously, a couple of months ago, but this one keeps the controllers attached to it and keeps it portable all in one. On the page, they show the Legion Go in the model and running The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. The remake of the 1998 game came out in 2011 for the 3DS, which benefits from the verticality as it shows off both screens at once without having to squeeze them into a landscape format. The verticality also reflects how it might have been on a 3DS.

It’s a great way to expand what your handheld is capable of and change things up, giving you plenty more ways to enjoy it. It’s a great creation, and not a far step from just having a rotating screen. Although with controllers attached, that might be a bit harder to achieve.
