Tidy Mini ITX Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5080 Gaming PC cut by $358 with Amazon coupon
Table of Contents
Mini ITX gaming PCs are extremely viable, and the NR2 Pro proves the point. A Cooler Master prebuilt, the NR2 Pro takes up less room than a tower, but still has the power. The compact package is quite literally small but mighty, and a new coupon delivers savings along with the excellent choice of components.
The NR2 Pro is available in three models, each featuring AMD’s excellent Ryzen 7 9800X3D. The RTX 5080 model costs over $3,000 due to the cost of its parts. However, an Amazon coupon allows you to activate a $358 saving, cutting the price down to $2,775 by checking a box on the product page. That’s well below the average Amazon price for the powerful rig.

Why we like the Cooler Master NR2 Pro
Powerful gaming CPU and GPU
It’s hard not to like AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D. We’ve rated it the best CPU for gaming, with good reason. Its 3D V-cache gives it a significant boost in top titles, and it outperforms its predecessor, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Additionally, the RTX 5080 is a gamer and content creator’s dream, easily pushing 4K frame rates and perfect for editing and productivity needs.
Good supporting parts
While the CPU and GPU are key to the NR2 Pro’s performance, it also needs dependable memory. Cooler Master has opted for 32GB of DDR5 6000 MHZ RGB RAM, which is quick enough to keep the system ticking while also providing some LED illumination. A 2TB SSD and an 850W 80+ Dold PSU round out a solid selection.
Smart and efficient design
Mini ITX systems are compact, making them great for space-saving. However, the NR2 Pro achieves this while maintaining a sleek and performance-first appearance. A large, transparent side panel allows a view into the case, too, so you can peek at the components if you like. Either way, this system looks the part without taking too much room.

What to consider before you buy
The main considerations of getting a Mini ITX gaming PC are upgrade space and cooling. The first of these isn’t necessarily an issue if you’re happy with the spec as it is ongoing (and certainly you won’t lack for power), but storage should be a consideration. Cooling-wise, the NR2 Pro has enough to keep temps within safe parameters. But if you’re keen on extra airflow and the option of having more fans, keep an eye on the best Black Friday gaming PC deals.
