AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D was launched a week ago, and it is one of the most difficult CPUs to find right now. The demand for it was so high that it was sold out at different retailers within minutes. But if you’ve been planning to build a new gaming PC with this CPU, you might want to check out these two 9800X3D pre-built PCs that we’ve spotted. Both come packed with powerful components and are excellent for 1440p and 4K gaming.

If you’ve been running 1080p for a while now and want to upgrade, or just need a boost to ensure you make the most of your existing 1440p or 4K monitor in more demanding games, these two picks should take your fancy. We also previously spotted two other 9800X3D gaming PCs, so you can check them out in case these don’t match your requirements.

Gold Gaming PC – our pick for 4K

The first PC is being sold by Atom PCs on eBay for $2,599. The seller has 100% positive rating on the platform with more than 100 reviews, so it’s safe to say that they’re trusted.

The ‘Gold’ gaming PC comes equipped with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the newest X3D CPU to hit the market, and is the current best processor for gaming. This CPU delivers over 20% better performance than the Intel Core Ultra 285K in gaming and is currently one of the best CPUs out there. We reviewed the 9800X3D and gave it a perfect 5 out of 5 score, as it offered incredible gaming performance and power efficiency.

Atom PC has paired this beast with the RTX 4080 Super, which is one of the top models in the RTX 40-series lineup. We reviewed the 4080 Super and found it to be a solid card for 4K gaming. In Cyberpunk 2077, without DLSS AI upscaling enabled, it was able to deliver 125 FPS at 1440p and 51 FPS at 4K. On the other hand, in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, we were constantly getting around 139 FPS at 1440P and 95 FPS at 4K.

The Gold gaming PC also offers a 2TB Gen4 SSD, which should be more than enough for most users. On top of that, it has 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 240mm AIO cooler to keep the 9800X3D cool during extended gaming sessions. All of these components are being powered by an 850W Gold ATX PCIe 5.0 PSU.

Zenith Gaming PC – a little more suited for 1440p, but decent at 4K

The second 9800X3D is another being sold by Gladiator PC in the UK. This one is called Zenith and it looks absolutely stunning. It packs all of the components inside the be quiet! lightbase 600 LX, which gives you a clear view of everything.

This PC comes equipped with the RTX 4070 Ti Super. This is also a high-end option from Nvidia, capable of running the latest game smoothly with high graphical settings. While testing the card for our in-depth review, we found that it delivers around 84 FPS in Assassin’s Creed Mirage at 4K. On the other hand, in Cyberpunk 2077, we were getting around 44 FPS at the same resolution without DLSS. This GPU is a step down from the 4080 Super and we think best used for 1440p at high FPS.

Gladiator PC has also included a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD and 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz RAM, so you can expect fast boot and game load times, as well as top-notch performance in multitasking. For the PSU, the company is using a 750W 80+ GOLD power supply, so shouldn’t run into any power-related issues.
