When are Best Buy Black Friday sales? Opening times explained for this weekend

Thanksgiving is over, and Black Friday has arrived, meaning shoppers will be keen to score some deals across a wide range of retailers. Best Buy remains one of the most popular places to grab a Black Friday bargain in the United States, so we’re here to explain all there is to know about the retailer’s opening times today, on November 28 and the remainder of the sales weekend.
It’s worth noting that we’ve been seeing Black Friday deals on Best Buy’s online store since the 20th. This includes its ‘Doorbuster’ deals on plenty of tech, which also offer Plus and Total members an additional $5 bonus reward with their purchase.
Best Buy Black Friday opening hours
Below you can find the opening times (local time) for Best Buy in the US over the long Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend of deals. On Black Friday itself, brick-and-mortar stores will be open to customers as early as 6 AM.
- November 27 (Thanksgiving) – Closed
- November 28 (Black Friday) – 6 AM to 10 PM
- November 29 – 9 AM to 10 PM
- November 30 – 9 AM to 9 PM
- December 1 (Cyber Monday) – 10 AM to 10 PM
The long queues, big crowds and overall Black Friday ‘rush’ have significantly diminished over the past decade, so it’s well worth going in-store if you’re looking for a specific deal (perhaps something sold out online), or would rather have the tech in your hand as soon as possible, rather than dealing with deliveries.
