Features of the ASUS ROG Strix 27” 1440P OLED Gaming Monitor
- High refresh rate and response time – With 240Hz the level that competitive gaming requires, the 360Hz rate of this monitor is far beyond any future concern – keeping up with a system capable of delivering 300+ frames at 1440p. And, with a 0.03ms response time, there’s little more you could ask for in terms of display capability.
- Excellent HDR credentials – This monitor provides VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black compliance, for blacks that look black, combined with a reported 99% DCI-P3 gamut for fantastic colors.
- Connectivity options – Display supports DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC) and HDMI 2.1, with power delivered via USB-C at 90W.
- Useful features – Get the most out of the monitor with DisplayWidget Center software to change settings with a mouse, and access Asus OLED Care+ to help protect the monitor’s OLED display against burn-in effects.

Why consider this ASUS ROG Strix 27” 1440P OLED Gaming Monitor deal?
As 1440p is considered the new standard for gaming, slowly shifting beyond 1080p, getting a fully-featured high-quality monitor for less makes sense. This deal may not be for you if you don’t require a 360Hz refresh rate, as only powerful systems will achieve that in specific games with high graphics settings.
But this monitor is a good investment if you’re moving from a lower Hz, entry-level 1440p monitor. That’s even more true if you want to step up from a top 1080p monitor that can no longer keep up with what your system can output. At its lowest price so far, a 19% discount on a monitor of this quality isn’t to be sniffed at. If you’re not convinced with 1440p, take a look at the best 4K monitors.
