Stunning OLED screen is great for more than just gaming
You’ve got a 2560 x 1600 OLED screen here with a rapid 240Hz refresh rate, which not only showcases your games at their best, but allows you to game at competitive framerates, too. On top of that, it also has 100% DCI-P3 color, which means that if you’re a video editor, you can make accurate edits on the go, without needing to link it to a professional, calibrated monitor.
RTX 5090 mobile is a beast for gaming and creative work
The laptop packs the top dog of mobile graphics cards, which features a massive 24GB of GDDR7 VRAM, 5th-gen tensor cores, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, and exclusive MFG upscaling technology. For gaming, it can easily handle over 60fps at 4K at high settings, and for creatives, you can expect super-fast rendering, speedy AI workflows, and more.
Loads of RAM for an overall smoother experience
With 32GB of DDR5, multitasking and working on large files in applications like Premiere Pro and Blender will feel snappy and responsive, and games will suffer much less from microstuttering, too.
Beefy storage
You’ve got 2TB of storage in this laptop, which gives you more than enough room for large AAA games, 4K footage, Photoshop files, and more, without the need for constant management.
Things to consider
This is a great laptop, no doubt, but of course, it’s super expensive, coming in at around the same price as a very high-end RTX 5080 gaming PC. It’s also notably more expensive than an RTX 5080 laptop, which is still a powerhouse for gaming and productivity, and features a hefty 16GB of VRAM.
Case in point, this GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO Gaming Laptop is around $1000 more affordable, and would be a very viable alternative to consider.
