Currently it’s down from $998 to $698, saving you a solid $300. Here’s are some of the key features that stand out, plus, my two cents on whether you should go for this deal now or stick around for the Spring Sales instead.

Standout features and specs
- Mini-LED – this panel technology is the way to go if you want a bright an dvivid picture, but don’yt fancy shelling out for OLED or QD-OLED, which can tip the scales at around $2000 and above at this size.
- 144hz game mode pro and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro – this is a type of technology that helps ‘smooth’ motion on screen, helping the picture remain fluid even when movement goes very fast. FreeSync Premium Pro is often found in gaming monitors, and is an adaptive sync technology that helps prevent screen tearing when frames go high to low, or visa-versa. It’s incredibly important, and a must-have for anyone nowadays.
- Super bright – this TV is capable of reaching up to 1500 nits of brightness. This basically means that you’ll be able to have it a bright room and still be able to see it clearly, but it also means that you’ll get higher contrast and better picture quality.
- Hands free control – easily control this TV thanks to voice control and search for films, shows, and much more. A game-changer and essential for smart-homes.
- Game bar – gives you the ability to adjust gameplay with your remote, meaning you can check what features are active and even current FPS while playing.
Should you go for this deal now, or wait?
Hisense TVs tend to go on sale a fair bit, at least in my experience over the years, and they also seem to pop up with hefty discounts in the more major sales events of the year – such as Spring Sales, Black Friday, and more. Based on what I’ve seen using price tracking tools such as camelcamelcamel, I’d say that it’s probably going to drop a little further in the next sales event, but I don’t think we can expect it to plummet when or if that happens.
This is still, at the end of the day, a pretty high-end TV, and it’s also 65-inches, and packed for of features, and a 2024 model…the list goes on.
Personally, I’d say now as good a time as any to go for it, and for the sake of around $20 less (its previous lowest price was $677.99), I think it’s not the end of the world if it does drop a bit later on.
