What we like about this CPU
- Fast clock speeds: This CPU has a punchy boost speed of up to 5.3GHz and does very well in single-core tasks, making it great for gaming.
- 6 cores and 12 threads: Essentially the sweet spot for most setups that balances both performance and efficiency. Generally speaking, for tasks like content creation, video editing, or if you’re just running a load of applications at the same time, this will be great. The fact that it’s not as beefy as some of the other higher end CPUs means that it’s much easier to keep cool too.
