The iPad Mini with the A17 pro chip was only released in October 2024 and is one of the best small tablets ever. But markets march on, and here we are in 2025 with a still great tablet now available for less.
That’s right, a $100 saving makes the iPad Mini (in any color) with AppleCare+ support available for $468, instead of its regular $568 price. That’s great news if you’re after a smaller tablet or have had your eye on the Mini for a while waiting for a discount. After all, this Mini ‘bundle’ didn’t even drop in price during Black Friday.

Why we love the Apple iPad Mini
We don’t all need large high-end tablets, and we like the Mini because it’s smaller, compact, and has a good array of features but doesn’t have (or need) the bells and whistles of the more expensive iPad models. It’s a more niche item, but great nonetheless.
- Display – The Apple iPad Mini 8.3-inch Liquid Retina Display provides ‘P3 wide color’, True Tone, and ultralow reflectivity to deliver a vibrant, engaging screen that can work well in direct light.
