A great GPU for FHD gaming with Blackwell features
This laptop packs an RTX 5060, which has 8GB of newer, faster GDDR7 VRAM, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, and 5th-gen tensor cores, giving it a notable edge over the previous generation. It also has exclusive features like MFG, which can be used to push performance past its raw capabilities, allowing for higher perceived framerates and better handling of more demanding titles.
Superb OLED screen
This screen is designed to showcase games and content at their best, with outstanding OLED contrast, color, and peak brightness. It’s WQXGA resolution, and 165Hz, which is a higher resolution than FHD, offering crisp and clear picture quality that’s great for gaming, reading text, creative work, and more.
DDR5 RAM for improved gaming and multitasking performance
You’ve got 16GB of DDR5 here, which is going to help reduce microstuttering in-game and help provide a much smoother overall computing experience.
Its modest SSD size helps keep initial costs lower
At 512GB, this SSD is very basic to say the least, but with today’s storage and RAM prices, opting for a smaller SSD can help reduce initial spend fairly substantially. If you’re sticking to a firm budget and aren’t building a huge gaming library of AAA titles, then this is a bit of a win.
