- QD-OLED: A hybrid technology that combines the brightness of QLED with the contrast of OLED. Is it for you? Well, it of course depends on your budget, but the thing with this monitor is that its incredibly versatile and sort of ticks all the boxes. The only thing it doesn’t do, is 4K, but realistically that’s not a big deal for a number of reasons. Firstly, most people game in 1440p, as it allows for higher fps and you don’t need a super high-end graphics card to do so. Secondly, at this size of 27″, QHD resolution looks great as its not too stretched out.
And then there’s the design, which is just stunning…I think for the price it’s a great deal for anyone looking for a more premium monitor for less that delivers on looks and well as performance.
