Newegg deal knocks 360Hz QD-OLED QHD gaming monitor to a very competitive price point
Table of Contents
This ASRock Phantom gaming monitor is a bit of a steal right now at its current reduced price on Newegg. It’s currently $246 off and down to just $399.00, which is very impressive for a 360Hz QD-OLED, QHD gaming monitor with FreeSync Premium Pro.
This monitor is fairly straightforward in terms of what it brings to the table. In terms of picture quality, since it’s QD-OLED, you’re getting outstanding color and contrast, with bright highlights, which makes for much more lifelike visuals. In terms of gaming performance, its high 360Hz refresh rate is ideal for competitive play, and with a low 0.03ms response time, you can expect minimal motion blur, too. HDR and general gaming performance is supported further with FreeSync Premium Pro, which is the top-tier of AMD’s adaptive sync technology offering.

You’ve got a few more bells and whistles here that sweeten the deal, which I’ll get into shortly, but overall, for the price, I think this monitor is a real winner. If you’ve got a high-end QHD gaming PC and want something that’ll showcase AAA games at their best and be able to handle extreme frame rates with ease, then this monitor is well worth considering.

How good is this deal?
This is about the same price as your typical 240Hz QD-OLED, QHD monitor, so it’s genuinely great value. Also, the last time I wrote about this, it was $499.99, and that was at the end of July, so it’s come down a fair bit since then.
I would say that if you’re looking for absolute S-tier burn-in protection, you may want to explore some even more premium models, from the likes of MSI and ASUS ROG in particular. I’m seeing a fair few of these on sale right now at Newegg, so be sure to check out our top deals below to see what’s out there.
