Popular Galaxy Tab A11+ Android tablet shifts to much better price in Prime Big Deal offer
Table of Contents
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A11+ is one of the more popular mid-range Android tablets available. Now, thanks to Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event, the A11+ is available at a much better price, too. The retailer’s list price for the A11+ is $300, but a Prime Big Deal discount has pushed the price down to $218.49. The $81.50 (27%) discount is a welcome bonus for Android fans, for a well-balanced, large-screen tablet with plenty to offer.

Why we like the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+
Snappy performance
The Galaxy Tab A11+ is surprisingly snappy performance-wise, thanks to its 8-core MediaTek MT8775 chip. The CPU is known to perform well across apps and in gaming, and it’s backed by 6GB of RAM. In fact, one of the clear highlights of Amazon user reviews is this tablet’s excellent performance for daily and mixed use.
Good battery with 25W charging
Samsung says the Tab A11+’s battery is ‘long-lasting’, with users and reviewers qualifying that with a handful of hours’ use, it can last several days. That’s good for the type of usage this tablet is marketed for (not intense, continual use), and its 25W charging means you can quickly bump up the battery if you do need to plug it in.

Extensive Android updates
A key thing to keep in mind is how long the hardware is supported, and the Tab A11+ has a long road ahead in the best way. Samsung states it will support the tablet with seven years’ worth of software updates. That makes it an easier choice if you’re not planning to upgrade for some time to come.
What to consider before you buy
The Galaxy Tab A11+ isn’t the only tablet in this price range available at a lower price thanks to Amazon’s sale event. One alternative is the Lenovo Tab Plus, which is more expensive but has a higher-resolution screen. Whichever tablet you opt for, though, be sure it has the features, performance, and ongoing software updates that you’re after!
