Given the hardware mix, this system should perform like a strong upper-midrange gaming desktop with excellent day-to-day responsiveness. The Ryzen 7 7700 is still a capable gaming processor, and the RTX 5070 is the kind of card that makes a lot of sense for high-refresh 1440p. The larger SSD and 32GB RAM allocation also help the whole machine feel more complete and less budget-constrained than many prebuilts in the same broad market segment.

What we like about this Acer Nitro 60 PC

Ryzen 7 7700 and RTX 5070 give it strong upper-midrange gaming credentials

The Nitro 60 pairs AMD’s Ryzen 7 7700 with an RTX 5070 and 32GB of DDR5 memory, which is a very convincing all-round gaming specification. The CPU offers a solid 8-core Zen 4 foundation, while the RTX 5070 gives the system access to a genuinely capable modern GPU with 12GB of GDDR7. That makes the machine much more than a budget prebuilt, especially for users targeting 1440p or stepping into lighter 4K gaming with upscaling.

32GB RAM and 2TB PCIe 4.0 storage make it feel ready out of the box

This configuration is much easier to recommend because Acer has not underspecified memory or storage. With 32GB DDR5 and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, the machine has enough room for modern game installs, background apps, and heavier multitasking without immediately pushing the user toward upgrades. That is particularly helpful for buyers who want a plug-and-play desktop rather than a prebuilt that still needs extra spending on day one.

Port selection is unusually broad

Acer gives the Nitro 60 a practical spread of ports, including USB-C, multiple USB-A connections, HDMI 2.1b, and three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs from the GPU. That is a strong desktop I/O mix for users with multiple monitors, VR headsets, capture devices, or lots of peripherals. Connectivity often gets overlooked in prebuilts, so it is useful to see a machine in this class that looks properly equipped for a real desk setup.

850W Gold PSU and 32GB platform support help the spec feel robust

Acer also includes an 850W 80 Plus Gold PSU, which is healthy for a build of this level. Together with four memory slots and support for up to 192GB RAM, the system does not feel boxed in by its base configuration. Even if most buyers never push anywhere near that memory ceiling, the fact that Acer has built around a more expandable desktop foundation is a plus.

Who’s this prebuilt PC deal suitable for?

The Nitro 60 is a good fit for buyers who want a well-equipped gaming tower with very little obvious compromise in the baseline specification. It suits users who want a strong 1440p machine with plenty of memory and storage, plus enough ports and expansion flexibility to function as both a gaming rig and a general high-performance home desktop.
