If you were looking for a cost-effective gaming PC, the iBUYPOWER Slate Mesh is worth checking out. This variant is powered by the Ryzen 7 5700 and the RTX 4060 Ti (8GB). These are previous-generation components but give this build enough processing power for low-resolution gaming, multitasking, and everyday. You can easily browse the web while listening to music, downloading a while, copying data, and running other tasks without feeling like the performance is slow.
It also comes with 16GB DDR4 RAM since the 5700 is based on the AM4 platform, but this will allow you to upgrade the RAM and even the processor for cheap if you want to. More value is added by the accompanying peripherals, making it a complete solution for first-time buyers or budget-conscious gamers. Score it now for only $1,299.99.

Ryzen 5 5700
The AMD Ryzen 5 5700 powers this gaming PC with its capable 8-core and 16-thread design, which is great enough to handle gaming, multitasking, and CPU-heavy work. The “multi-threaded” design will do you well if you like to game while running background apps like Discord, browsers, and recording software. When teamed up with a beefy dedicated GPU, it’s a great starting point for a 1080p gaming build and can handle all of your normal day-to-day computing tasks with ease.
Easy upgrade on the AM4 platform
Another selling point of AMD’s AM4 platform is the selection of various budget, mainstream, and high-end processors and DDR4 memory for upgrades. If you want more CPU power, you can upgrade to a more powerful compatible processor without having to switch platforms, if the motherboard (and its BIOS) can accommodate it. You will also be able to upgrade and expand the system’s RAM capacity by purchasing larger DDR4 kits, giving the PC more room to breathe in case your needs change.
More value with the gaming keyboard and mouse
Adding a gaming mouse and keyboard is also a pretty smart addition to the full package, as it means you’ll be ready to game as soon as you build your new PC without the need to buy a gaming mouse and keyboard as well. This will help you save costs as you won’t need to buy them individually.
