This Andromeda Insights V3 gaming PC is well worth checking out right now on Newegg. It has a $266 discount and is coming in at $1,833.99, which puts it slap bang in the middle when it comes to RTX 5070 prebuild prices, which usually start around $1,450, with higher-end models coming in closer to $2,100 in my experience. Now this PC brings something quite interesting to the table.

It opts for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, which, as you likely already know, was once the king of gaming CPUs. This processor has a huge 96MB L3 cache, which primes it very well for extremely high framerate gaming, particularly at lower resolutions like FHD. It’s AM5, also, which means you’ve got a clearer upgrade path, which this PC is also primed for. Instead of the bare minimum, you’ve got an impressive 360mm AIO Liquid cooling system, which provides plenty of thermal headroom for the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. You’ve also got an 850W PSU, which is more than enough for this configuration, offering up some wiggle room for future upgrades, too.

RAM is a little scaled back here, coming in at 32GB, but 16GB is still decent for gaming, which is really what this build is about. And besides, you can always upgrade when the time is right. Storage is also quite modest at 1TB, but this is pretty standard nowadays, in all honesty. 1TB is fine for most people, if you don’t mind a little bit of spring cleaning from time to time.
