Superb Samsung 32″ OLED dual-mode gaming monitor is available at its lowest price ever on Amazon
Table of Contents
This Samsung 32-inch Odyssey OLED G7 gaming monitor is now at its lowest price ever on Amazon, coming in at $749.99. That’s not bad at all for a 32-inch OLED, but it’s even better for one with dual-mode resolution. What you’ve got here is something that’s capable of switching between 4K at 165Hz and FHD at 330Hz. This basically gives you two monitors in one: one for showcasing games at their best, and one for fast-paced, competitive play.

What we like about this Samsung 32-inch Odyssey OLED G7
Glossy OLED for improved perceived contrast and vibrancy
Glossy coatings on monitors are great for low-light environments, and they compliment OLED’s deep blacks and vibrant color very well.
Dual mode functionality is seriously versatile
Being able to switch between FHD and 4K at different refresh rates is a game-changer. Not only that, but it’s also one of the best ways to game in FHD with OLED quality, as most competitive, high-refresh-rate monitors are usually LED or mini-LED.

Low response time and FreeSync Premium Pro for smoother gameplay
With 0.03ms response time and FreeSync Premium, you can game without having to worry about screen tearing, stutter, and excessive motion blur and ghosting.
Pantone validated color is great for more than just gaming
Not only does this make everything look more lifelike, with more nuanced, accurate color, but it also makes this monitor a solid choice for creatives, too. If you want something for gaming and video editing, for example, this is a good way to go.
Things to consider before buying
Dual-mode functionality is great, but there are, of course, better monitors for pure, high-refresh gaming with extremely low motion blur. The thing with dual-mode OLEDs is that they’re not quite as ‘naturally’ suited to longer extended sessions, due to potential burn-in. Dual-mode monitors also don’t tend to have advanced, competitive gaming features like Nvidia Pulsar, which can dramatically improve motion clarity.
Go for this monitor if you want the option of gaming in FHD at competitive frame rates and 4K, but for esports, professional-level performance, grab yourself a standalone FHD 500Hz monitor instead.
