Table of Contents
We’re on the second day of Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event, and the impressive offers keep coming. And we have to say, we didn’t expect a deal like this. AOC’s Q27G41ZE 27-inch 240Hz 1440p monitor is now more affordable than ever. At $136, the monitor offers exceptional value, a $25 saving, and beats the previous lowest price by $5. For an affordable 2K setup, this monitor has a lot to like.

Why we’d pick the AOC 27-inch Q27G41ZE
A fast 1440p refresh rate
At the Prime Big Deal price, finding a monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate like this model is eye-wideningly good. In fact, with a lightning-quick 0.03ms response time, this monitor has the speed and responsiveness to keep furious action flowing smoothly. And that’s not all. In OC mode, the monitor supports a maximum 260Hz refresh rate.
Sleek and stylish
The AOC Q27G41ZE looks like a fairly stylish gaming monitor, and for the price it’s good to see this level of aesthetic consideration. We particularly like (and something this writer enjoys on his own AOC monitor) the three-sided ‘frameless’ style that promotes a more engaging, less distracting experience.

Decent connectivity
This monitor should easily add to or complete an existing gaming setup. The Q27G41ZE features decent connectivity for the price, with 1x DisplayPort 1.4 port, 2x HDMI 2.0 ports, and an audio out. That means you can connect, say, a PC and two consoles to the monitor without any hiccups.
What to consider before you buy
The one clear point to note about the AOC Q27G41ZE is that while it does offer tilt adjustments, the stand isn’t fully ergonomic. So there’s no swivel, pivot, or (crucially) height adjustments to provide greater comfort. If you’re a taller gamer, that may be an issue unless you’re using it as a second monitor on a fixed monitor stand. However, it’s not that surprising at the deal price.
