Corsair Vengeance a7500 Gaming PC
Features and specifications
- Ryzen 7 9700X: In our 9700X review, we paired it with the RTX 4070 Ti Super and ran a handful of games at 1080p to put more stress on the CPU. It managed 325 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 and 240 FPS in Days Gone. So, it was able to easily keep up with this GPU and goes to show that its 8 cores and 12 threads based on the Zen 5 architecture are more than capable of handling heavy workflows.
Besides that, this CPU managed 17,290 and 3,376 points in the Geekbench single- and multi-core tests, respectively, which showcase its ability to handle single core (gaming) and multi core (resource intensive applications like Adobe) workflows. In addition, you can ramp up its TDP to 105W for even better output. - RTX 4070 Ti Super: We tested the RTX 4070 Ti Super with the Ryzen 9 7950X. This pairing managed 44 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 and 84 FPS in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. At 1440p, it delivered 93 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077, so you might have to drop the in-game settings in some titles but it is capable of pushing 4K on its own but the inclusion of DLSS will make it even better.
- 32GB RAM: This gaming PC spots 32GB DDR5 RAM running at 5,200 MHz. There are two sticks of 16GB, which is better than one stick of 32GB and this amount of system memory should be enough for gaming and productivity. You can always increase it later on if you feel like the system could use more memory but DDR5 is plenty fast and should deliver a smooth experience.
- 750W PSU: The RTX 4070 Ti Super has a 285W TDP while the Ryzen 7 9700X can go up to 105W. This totals to 390W but realistically speaking, the total power draw is always higher but also depends on the workload. That being said, even if we increase it 450W, you should still have a 300W overhead for overclocking your CPU and GPU and other provide enough power to other components.
