If you’re on the hunt for a higher-end RTX 5070 build that’s great for more than just gaming, then this discounted Skytech Archangel PC is well worth checking out. It’s down to $2,099.99 right now, which is a very good price given what it brings to the table.
Skytech Gaming Archangel 5 Gaming PC, NVIDIA RTX 5070 12GB VRAM
With the RTX 5070, you’re getting a graphics card with 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM, improved AI and ray tracing capabilities, and more. It’s essentially a cracking card for QHD gaming that also packs enough raw power to handle quite demanding creative work in apps like Blender, Premiere Pro, and more. The CPU is where this build starts getting interesting, as it’s the impressive Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus. This CPU has a much higher core and thread count than something like a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which makes it much better for multitasking and for use in CPU-intensive tasks, like rendering and exporting. For gaming, its 5.4GHz boost clock speed and 36MB L3 cache make it a quality choice, too, and very much in line with the RTX 5070’s capabilities.
This CPU has a 125W TDP, scaling up to 250W, so if you’re using it for non-gaming tasks, then you’ll need a robust cooling solution to ensure performance is kept stable and noise is kept to a minimum. The good news is that this PC has a 360mm AIO liquid cooler, which offers plenty of thermal headroom, whether that be for marathon gaming sessions or heavy-duty creative workflows.

What we like about this Skytech Archangel 5 gaming PC
Excellent for the price
Top-end RTX 5070 prebuilds are generally around $2,000, in my experience, and considering this PC has a 360mm AIO, 32GB of DDR5, and one of the latest LGA 1851 socket CPUs with a huge core count, I’d say it’s bang on the money.
Stylish design, ideal for white-themed setups
Skytech has some great-looking PCs, and I’d say that this lineup has the edge over its Azure 3 series from an aesthetic perspective. You’ve got tempered glass panels, clean lines, tidy cable management, and a fair bit of aRGB. Combined with its white colorway, this would look epic when paired with similar-looking peripherals.
A strong pick for gamers, streamers, and content creators
If you’re a very established, professional creative working in 3D, sure, you may want to go for an RTX 5080 build instead, but for most people, this configuration makes the most sense for the money. I’d say that if you’re a content creator who streams, games, and records and edits video, this really is a very strong build to go for.
