Table of Contents
The RX 9070 XT is one of the most sought-after graphics cards right now, and there is a good reason for the demand. Its mid-range price tag delivers high-end performance, so the value for money is insane, and to make things better, the XFX Swift RX 9070 XT, a triple-fan variant, is up for grabs on Newegg for only $709.99. This is the cheapest variant we found and would highly recommend you grab it for less.
This value beast can run games at 4K, and its RDNA 4-based AI accelerators give it amazing performance to the point that not even the RTX 5070 could match its performance. It is regularly trading blows with the RTX 5070 Ti but costs less, and that should tell you everything you need to know. Why you should get the XFX Swift RX 9070 XT
16GB VRAM allows for smooth content creation and AI handling
Any GPU with 16GB VRAM is great for creatives and AI, as the large memory serves as a huge buffer that reduces and prevents bottlenecks. This means that when you’re dealing with heavy data, more can be stored on the VRAM, allowing for faster processing in one go. With a smaller VRAM capacity, such as 8GB, the data has to be divided, and that requires more resources to be allocated, causing performance drops, efficiency lag, and stuttering. For example, After Effects is a heavy application, and compositing can use anywhere from 10 to 12GB of memory, but with 16GB of VRAM, the overhead ensures processing doesn’t come crumbling down at the ceiling.

Punches above its weight class with 4K gaming
The biggest strength of the RX 9070 XT is that it can handle native 4K gaming. This is a great aspect as it means that with ray tracing and the help of FSR 4, you can enjoy higher-quality content and gaming.
