Is DLSS 3 a better option compared to FSR 3?

The major downside to DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, is it only available for RTX 40 series owners, meaning owners of older RTX GPUs will need to rely on mods like DLSS to FSR 3 on NexusMods. The other option is FSR 3 and AMD’s Frame Generation known as Fluid Motion Frames, which has been implemented into some games for both NVIDIA and AMD users to utilize.
From the standpoint of which provides the best performance and high image quality results, NVIDIA appears to take the win again here.
