There’s a cracking limited-time deal going on Amazon right now that’s knocked $200 off this Skytech Gaming Azure 3 RTX 5070 prebuild, which is now reduced from $1,799.99 to $1,599.99. This build is great for 1440p gaming, and features a punchy Ryzen 7 7700X processor, 32GB of high-speed DDR5 RAM, and a high-spec AIO cooling solution. At its current price, we think it’s great value for an RTX 5070 build, and well worth considering if you’re looking for 50-series performance and something that’ll look brilliant in practically any setup.

Key features of this Skytech Gaming Azure 3 desktop PC
Ryzen 7 7700X and RTX 5070 12GB graphics card
An excellent combination for gaming in particular, and one that’s relatively cost-effective, too. First up, the RTX 5070 is one of the best graphics cards you can get in the mid-range, and it’s very good for 1440p gaming. Its 6144 CUDA cores, 192-bit bus, and boost clock speed of 2512MHz come together to make it a much punchier option than the more affordable RTX 5060 Ti, and even though it only features 12GB of VRAM, it is the latest GDDR7 variant, which is significantly faster than GDDR6. The Ryzen 7 7700X is a bit of a beast for the price, too. It’s a gaming CPU, first and foremost, so you’re getting a big boost clock speed of 5.4GHz with a large 32MB L3 cache, which should help keep everything running smoothly at higher fps and settings.
Nvidia Blackwell architecture
The RTX 5070 is built on Nvidia’s new Blackwell architecture, which means you’re getting the latest 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores for advanced AI-acceleration and machine learning, and new features like MFG with DLSS4. MFG in particular comes in handy with Nvidia’s mid-range offerings, and can help you play games at more demanding settings at high perceived framerates.
32GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD
This amount of RAM is going to be great if you’re looking to run demanding games and applications, and want to be able to multitask without your system grinding to a halt. Its 1TB SSD is a little lacklustre, mind you, but it’s enough for a handful of games, and shouldn’t fill up too quickly if you’re playing a few titles on rotation.
Things to consider
For the price, this is a pretty good deal in all honesty, especially considering that the processor packs a punch for gaming in particular. If you’re looking for something that you can use for content creation, however, we’d say you’d be better off with an Intel 14th-gen CPU instead, which will come in at around the same price. These typically have higher core and thread counts, and very high boost clock speeds. It’s also not uncommon to find RTX 5070s paired with Intel Core Ultra 7 265 processors, which are brilliant for gaming and non-gaming tasks, and feature dedicated NPUs with 13 TOPS, too. They will be a touch more expensive, mind you, as it’s a more recently released processor.
