Amazon Prime members can get these 15 Steam Deck-friendly games for free right now
Table of Contents
Amazon Prime members enjoy different benefits, including exclusive discounts, free and fast shipping, exclusive shows, and much more. However, what some of you might not know is that the service also hands over a new collection of games every month to members through Prime Gaming. And for Steam Deck owners, there’s some great news.
If you’re a Steam Deck owner with an active Amazon Prime membership, you’ll be glad to learn that there are currently 15 games that you can download and play for free. Some of these games are marked Verified, meaning they should run smoothly on the handheld out of the box. Others are rated Playable, so they may require some tweaks and adjustments for smooth performance. A few games are also listed as Unsupported/Unknown, but they also run just fine.
Free Steam Deck-compatible games for Prime members right now
It is important to keep in mind that, as the games can not be redeemed directly on Steam, you’ll need to rely on a third-party launcher like Heroic to play them. Also, each game has a deadline attached to it, and you must claim it before time is up. If you do, it’s yours to keep forever, even if you later cancel your Prime subscription.
