While you can not expect to get new releases or massive AAA hits in this budget, the games will still provide a fun adventure.

With that said, here are the best Steam Deck games available for under $3 in the Steam Winter Sale, along with their Steam Deck compatibility status. Do keep in mind that the sale will conclude on January 5, so make sure to grab whatever you want before that.
