This Black Friday, LG seems to have discounted loads of its OLED monitors, and they’re massive deals this year of up to 42% off.
LG is one of the best brands for OLED, and when it comes to monitors it’s up there with the likes of Samsung and Alienware. Its Ultragear line is dedicated more towards gaming and performance, generally having higher refresh rates, lower response times, and better versions of adaptive sync technology like FreeSync Premium Pro for instance.
I’ve found five OLED monitor that are currently slashed in price on Amazon, some of which are at record-lows, that I think you’ll be interested in if you’re looking for an upgrade. My pick of the bunch has to be the 3-inch 4K option, for its versatility, but don’t sleep on the 27-inch QHD offering as it’s only $599.99 – amazing for an OLED in my opinion.

This monitor is seriously impressive for the price. It’s at its lowest price ever according to camelcamelcamel, but it seems to have been this price for a while now. Nonetheless, it’s still great value considering you’re getting a 240hz, HDMI 2.1 monitor with Freesync Premium Pro, and of course, an OLED panel.
This would be my pick for people who play fast-paced competitive gamers, but also enjoy slower more cinematic options too. Don’t let the 1440p resolution put you off either. Not only this great for pairing with more mid-range GPUs and gaming PCs, but it’s at this size QHD looks super clear, thanks to the laws of pixel density. Basically, smaller screens make even lower resolutions look good.
If you’re dipping your toe into OLED monitors, this is a great place to start.
LG 32GS95UE 32-inch Ultragear OLED – Was $1399.99, Now $969.00 at Amazon
LG 32GS95UE 32-inch Ultragear OLED Gaming Monitor
Now we’re getting into the big leagues with a seriously punchy 4K, OLED, 240hz, HDMI 2.1 monitor with FreeSync Premium Pro. I mean this is just incredible in all honesty. I still remember when OLED monitors where maxing out at 144hz and going for around this price. Realistically, you’re going to need a pretty punch system to use all that this monitor is capable of, but for high resolution, high fps gaming, this is the one to go for.
Since it’s HDMI 2.1 compatible, you can plug your PS5 or Xbox Series X into this too. And interestingly, while FHD on a 32-inch screen looks a little lacklustre, it does have a mode that allows you play at 1080p up to 480hz – making this super versatile for people who play a wide range of titles.
It’s at its lowest price ever on Amazon, by some way too, so I’d highly recommend checking this out as soon as possible.
LG 34GS95QE 34-inch Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor – Was $1299.99, Now $769.99 at Amazon
LG 34GS95QE 34-inch Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor
Now we’re moving into the ultrawide, starting off with the smallest ultrawide option. This has a 800R curve, which is one of the least curved you can get. It’s not quite as immersive as say 1800R, but it does mean that you can use this for more than just gaming – like work, or watching movies.
On the performance side, you’re getting 240hz, WQHD resolution, FreeSync Premium Pro, and DisplayHDR 400 – on top of an OLED panel aswell. It’s even got 98.5% DCI-P3 coverage, which is around the level you’d want to look at for design and photo editing. In fact, this would be a great monitor for video-editing.
According to camelcamelcamel, this monitor did drop lower in price back in October this year, so it may be worth hanging on till Cyber Monday to see if falls further. That being said, it’s still massively reduced, and worth considering.
LG 39GS95QE Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor – Was $1499.99, Now $876.99 at Amazon
LG 39GS95QE Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor
If you want to go slightly bigger, this is the option for you. There’s pretty much no difference between this and the one above asides from size, so I’d consider what you’re using this for. Personally, I’d go with this if you want some more immersion to your games, or want to replace a dual monitor setup. It’s a also a good call when paired with a racing rig, thanks to its super high refresh rate.
It’s a stunning monitor for sure, but make sure you actually need it before throwing down your cash. We’ve seen it drop around $70 more earlier in the year, so it may be worth holding out till Cyber Monday if you want to save a bit more.
LG 45GS95QE Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor – Was $1699.99, Now $996.99 at Amazon
LG 45GS95QE Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor
The most expensive on the list is this massive 45-inch ultrawide OLED monitor, which again mirrors many of the same specs as the previous two. In my eyes, bigger isn’t always better, and I think the fact that Samsung has a dual UHD ultrawide on sale that is 55-inches may make this a little less appealing in comparison. Here you’re getting WQHD, but the screen is so big, I’d say you’re better off with the 39-inch version if you want to preserve picture quality.
That being said, for the price and the sheer scale of what you’re getting, it’s a great deal for under $1000, and at close to its lowest price ever too.
More OLED gaming monitor deals
There are loads more deals out there to choose from, but if you’re going for OLED, I’d advise looking at Samsung, Alienware, and LG as the first point of call. These brands tend to have the best panels and are the most high-end. Here are the current OLED monitor deals from the Black Friday sales.
