If you’ve been planning to get some new games for your Steam Deck, you’re in luck. This is because while there are bundles available that can help you grab several games for a small price, there are also plenty of existing titles that you can add to your library for free. Also, we’ve learned that an Amazon Prime subscription goes a long way.

In fact, there are 30 games you can grab right now without paying anything, and these are available through different platforms. So, be warned that not everything is directly from Steam – you’ll need to take this into consideration if you’re unfamiliar with installing alternative platforms on Steam Deck.

What free games can you get right now for the Steam Deck?

As spotted by SteamDeckHQ, Amazon Prime, Steam, and a few more platforms are offering some games for free right now, and most of them are either Verified or Playable on the Steam Deck. However, you’ll need to hurry with adding them to your library, as these can go back on sale any day now.

Here’s a full list of free Steam Deck games you can get right now. Do keep in mind that if you want to claim one of these free Amazon Prime games, then you’ll need an existing Amazon Prime subscription.

While accessing your Steam library on the Deck is easy, there are other platforms here to consider. For games that you get through Epic Games, Amazon Prime, or any other third-party site, you’ll need to use a third-party tool like Heroic.

On top of that, even if a game is listed as ‘Unsupported’ or ‘Unknown,’ we’d suggest you still give it a try. This is because Riders Republic, a game listed as Unsupported, runs well on the Steam Deck. So, the verification system isn’t always accurate.

If you’re interested in getting some more games, then you might want to check out bundles. For instance, Fanatical is offering a Bethesda bundle for only $48, and you can get 16 Steam Deck games through it. There’s another bundle called Handheld Heroes, which is also offering 16 games for the same price.
