IGN has once again partnered with ID@Xbox (Independent Developers @ Xbox) to host a new showcase, bringing a fresh lineup of upcoming indie titles for Xbox and PC players. These events usually highlight creative and unique projects, and this one looks like it will follow the same pattern. And if you’ve been waiting for it to kick off, you’ll be glad to learn the wait will soon be over.

When does the IGN x ID@Xbox Showcase start?

The IGN x ID@Xbox Showcase will go live today, on April 23. The stream is scheduled to start at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. As always, the exact timing will vary depending on where you are, so make sure to check your local time. To make things easier for you, we’ve converted the start times for different regions below. You’ll also find a countdown clock, visible until the show starts.

  • Los Angeles – 10 AM PT (April 23)
  • New York – 1 PM ET (April 23)
  • London – 6 PM BST (April 23)
  • Berlin – 7 PM CEST (April 23)

  • Tokyo – 2 AM JST (April 24)

  • Auckland – 5 AM NZST (April 24)

The event will be streamed online, making it easy for fans to watch it live. The easiest way to watch it is via IGN’s YouTube, but you can also access the livestream via Twitch, Facebook, or X. It’s also worth mentioning that the IGN stream will go live exactly an hour after Ubisoft’s reveal stream for the new Assassin’s Creed Black Flag remaster.

What to expect

In terms of what to expect, several games have already been confirmed. These include the following:

  • Mistfall Hunter
  • There Are No Ghosts at the Grand
  • Aphelion
  • Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive

Each of these titles brings something different. For example, Aphelion is a cinematic sci-fi adventure, while Mistfall Hunter focuses on PvPvE gameplay. On the other hand, There Are No Ghosts at the Grand mixes light horror with a more relaxed gameplay style.

Beyond these confirmed titles, the showcase will also feature plenty of surprises. IGN has mentioned that the event will include exclusive trailers, new gameplay footage, and fresh announcements. As expected, there will be “Lots of new indies to discover” over the course of the stream.

Previous ID@Xbox showcases have delivered unexpected reveals, so there’s a good chance we’ll see a few new games that haven’t been announced yet. Well worth watching if you enjoy indie games and want to discover something new.
