iPhone 14 to have 2TB storage and no camera bump?

With the iPhone 13 out of the bag and in consumers’ hands, leaks are already dropping a year before the expected release date of the iPhone 14.
iPhone 14 2TB storage option?
Whilst it’s not wise to believe every Reddit and 4Chan leaker that claims to know their own worth, some leakers have a solid reputation when it comes to getting unreleased information. As usual, we’d recommend taking these rumors and leaks with a pinch of salt until Apple confirms some solid specifications on the iPhone 14, which may take a while.

The latest leak comes from GSM Arena, a reliable online electronics specifications database website. Their source states that iPhone 14 will come with 2TB of storage, which makes sense considering the iPhone camera quality increases year on year, which means more storage for recording video and taking high-quality pictures. It also goes on to state that 512GB models are expected to increase to 1TB, the same memory the high-end iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max contain.
Currently, iPhone 13 Pro and Max require 256GB of local storage to store recorded ProRes video at 30 FPS in 4K, with lesser models recording at 30FPS in 1080p.
Other iPhone 14 Leaks
Front Page Techs’ very own Jon Prosser claims to have official renders of the iPhone 14, which feature no camera notch on the front display and no raised camera bumps on the rear. We have to admit, they look really slick, but it’s a little hard to believe that Apple would start making PR content for a handset as they are pushing the current flagship, iPhone 14 at the same time. It seems that lower specification iPhone 14’s will retain a lightning connector, with higher-end iPhone 14s having a USB-C connection. We believe all future iPhone models will have USB C connectivity due to upcoming changes in EU electronics standardizations. Find the gallery full of high-resolution images below:
