CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7970X
First, we have the Ryzen Threadripper 7970X, which is a productivity beast. It features 32 cores and 60 threads, based on the Zen 4 architecture, and includes a 128MB L3 cache with a 350W TDP. The socket and chipset this CPU is compatible with are the sTR5 and TRX50, respectively.
This processor also works with PCIe 5.0, which means that you shouldn’t have any issues handling resource-intensive workflows that require a lot of bandwidth.
