Now that June is over, 4th of July celebrations are almost ready to kick off. Popular retailer Newegg has already announced a 4th of July Sale with some early tech deals now live on its website. In the recent press release, Newegg explains the details of its 11th annual FantasTech sales event, which runs from June 30th through July 6th.

“Thousands of early tech deals” will be available on the site in early July, many of which or backed by the FantasTech Price Protection program. This is the first time the protection will be extended to the 4th of July and Canada Day sales events. FantasTech-covered products are eligible for automatic refunds if the price drops any further during the event.

Following the 4th of July Sale, Newegg rolls over straight into the FantasTech Sale between July 7-13, which means that select deals with the FantasTech Price Protection will be able to get that automatic refund up until the 13th of the month. This essentially means you don’t have to worry about whether prices will drop at a later date – you can simply snap up a discount as soon as you see it.
