Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has claimed we’re going to become ‘superhumans’ thanks to AI, which could improve the way people ‘think’ and ‘reason’. Speaking to YouTuber Cleo Abram, the Nvidia boss said AI has the potential to ’empower’ humans and make them feel more ‘confident’. “I’m pretty sure you probably use Chat GPT and AI and I feel more empowered by it today. More confident to learn something today” he said to Abram.
Huang also recommended that everybody get an AI tutor, ‘right away’. “The knowledge of almost any particular field, the barriers to that understanding, and I have a personal tutor with me all the time, and so I think that feeling should be universal. If there’s one thing I would encourage everybody to do is go and get yourself an AI tutor right away. And that AI tutor could of course just teach you things, anything you like, help you program, help you write, help you analyze, help you think, help you reason… you know, all of those things, is really going to help you feel empowered and I think that is going be our future.”.

A powerful statement from Nvidia’s CEO, and one that continues to ring true as the brand delves deeper into the world of AI. I personally use AI for loads of things, whether it be learning how to do complex formulas on sheets or coming up with a better way of organizing my vegetable patch more efficiently. It’s easy to see a world where everyone uses AI as a personal tutor, and that future is becoming a reality quicker than most first thought possible.
AI is the future for Nvidia
Nvidia has doubled down on AI for their most recent iteration of GPUs, the 50 Series. The RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 were released at the end of January to mostly positive reviews. The key difference between the 50 series and 40 series cards is the former’s greater reliance on AI-powered Multi Frame Generation, which can dramatically improve performance in games that support this function. Nvidia also unveiled DLSS 4, which offered benefits in the form of performance boosts for all cards – including the aging 30 Series. The company has claimed that AI frame gen will be a huge part of the strategy to improve performance moving forward – and one that is being welcomed by most gamers.
