During CES 2025, Nvidia announced four RTX 50-series cards, which were released over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, the company did not reveal any budget options, such as the RTX 5060, 5060 Ti, and 5050. However, different leaks and rumors have confirmed that the company is indeed working on them, and the latest one has revealed the specifications of the RTX 5060 – the successor to the RTX 4060.

RTX 5060 specs leaked

According to Kopite7kimi, a well-known and accurate leaker, the RTX 5060 will come equipped with 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM and a 128-bit memory interface. On top of that, it will use the GB206-250-A1 GPU with 3,840 CUDA cores. For those who don’t know, the RTX 4060 had 3,072 CUDA cores, meaning the new card will offer an increase of 768 more cores.

Aside from that, the leak also confirms that the RTX 5060 will have a TDP of just 150W. This is 35W higher than the RTX 4060, which had a TDP of just 115W. While this means that the new card will use slightly more power, it is still within a reasonable range.

Aside from the RTX 5060, Kopite7kimi also leaked the specifications of the RTX 5060 Ti and the RTX 5050 yesterday. The RTX 5060 Ti will come in two variants: one with 8GB and another with 16GB of GDDR7 memory. It will also feature 4,608 CUDA cores, making it more powerful than the standard RTX 5060. Meanwhile, the RTX 5050 will be the entry-level option, featuring 8GB of GDDR6 memory and 2,560 CUDA cores. This means it will be a more affordable choice but with lower performance compared to the other two models.

Unfortunately, the leak did not include any information about the card’s price, so we will have to wait for Nvidia’s official announcement. Latest rumors suggest that the company could reveal them within the next 10 days.
