RX 7900 XTX is back in stock at Newegg as RTX 50 series remains difficult to find
Table of Contents
The RX 7900 XTX is a high-end graphics card from AMD, offering the specifications and performance required to make it a solid choice for 4K gaming. However, a few weeks ago, the card went out of stock at all major retailers, as many were rushing to buy it since the newly launched RTX 5090 and 5080 were difficult to get.

Since then, many have been waiting for the card to restock, as it remains one of the few high-end options offering great value for money. If you’re among them, you’ll be happy to know that the card is now available at a popular retailer (at the time of writing), though it’s unclear how long the stock will last.
If you visit Newegg, one of the most popular online retailers in the US and Canada, you’ll find two RX 7900 XTX models listed. The first is the Sapphire Pulse, priced at $919.99. The second is the PowerColor Hellbound, listed at $1,599, which is significantly higher than its usual price. The combination of high demand and limited stock has likely driven up the price, but the Sapphire Pulse remains a good deal.

There are also two more RX 7900 XTX models listed on Newegg: the Sapphire Nitro+ and Sapphire Tech Nitro+, both priced at $1,599. These are available for pre-order and will be in stock early next month. At the moment, we haven’t spotted the card at other retailers like Amazon or Best Buy. However, since Newegg has restocked it, other retailers might receive their shipments soon.
In any case, the RX 7900 XTX is an excellent card for 4K gaming. For our review, we tested it in several games and were impressed by its performance. In Cyberpunk 2077, with the graphics maxed out and no upscaling used, the card was able to deliver around 70 FPS at 4K, and 137 FPS at 1440p. In a less demanding game, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, the FPS was above 100 at 4K and above 150 at 1440p.
